Which wallet networks are supported?
AssortedFi supports Ethereum, Optimism, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Base, Arbitrum, and Solana. Create a wallet for each network you want to use, and copy its address from your current account.
What is AssortedFi?
AssortedFi brings supported crypto wallets and naira purchases into one account. You can choose a wallet network and buy supported USD stablecoins by bank transfer.
Which assets can I buy?
Buy USD offers USDC and USDT on eligible networks. A wallet may show other supported assets for balances or receiving; that does not mean every asset is available to buy. The app shows the choices available for each action.
How are exchange rates determined?
The market prices on this page are indicative and show when they were updated. A transaction quote uses current pricing for the asset and network you choose. Review its rate and expected amount before confirming.
How much will I receive?
Review the rate, total you pay, and expected amount before you confirm. Market prices on this page are estimates; your transaction has its own quote.
How do I buy USDC or USDT with naira?
Sign in, complete the required verification, choose an eligible wallet and asset, then review the Buy USD quote. Use only the bank details shown for that order. The purchase proceeds after your payment is confirmed.
Can I sell crypto for naira or swap assets?
You can swap supported assets when a rate is available in the app. Sell USD is not available yet.
Do I need an account and identity verification?
Sign in with your email to create an account. You can create wallets and receive assets before verifying your identity. Buying, sending, and swapping require an identity check.
Are there transaction limits?
Minimum and maximum amounts can vary by asset and payment method. The app shows the applicable range before you pay or confirm a transaction.
Why did a rate or quote change?
Crypto prices and available liquidity change. An indicative market price is not a locked quote, and a quote may expire. Check the final amount and any expiry shown before you confirm.
How long does a transaction take?
Timing depends on your bank payment, network confirmation, and any additional checks. Follow the status in the app. Contact support if it remains unresolved.
What if I send the wrong asset or use the wrong network?
Check the asset, network, and address shown in the app before every transfer. Sending an unsupported asset or using the wrong network can permanently lose funds. Contact support immediately if you make a mistake; recovery cannot be guaranteed.
What if my bank transfer was debited but my order has not updated?
Do not pay a second time for the same order. Keep your order reference and proof of payment, then contact support so the payment can be checked.
Can I cancel a transaction?
A transaction may no longer be cancellable after you pay or send assets. Review the details before confirming and contact support promptly if you need help.
Who manages my wallet?
AssortedFi creates and manages a wallet for each network you choose. Use only an address displayed in your current account. Old wallet addresses are retired.
How do I contact support?
Email support@assortedfi.com. For an order or transfer, include its reference and any relevant payment details.
Is cryptocurrency risk-free?
No. Digital asset prices can move sharply, and bank or network services can be interrupted. Review the asset, network, and transaction details before proceeding.
